Mr. Pandey, is a management and economic post graduated. He has an extensive, 32 years of experience in the field of manufacturing industries, financing and trading business. At present, beside this industry, he is the Chairman cum Managing Director of Lomus Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd.- A leading Pharmaceuticals Industry, Executive Chairman of Lomus Herbinaria P. Ltd, herbal medicine industries, Board of Director of Citizens Bank International Ltd., Board of Director Shikhar Insurance Ltd. Mr. Pandey is the Past President of Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FNCCI). Besides, he has also affiliation with various social and professional organizations.

Mr. Thapa is a Civil/ Construction Engineer by profession. He has a high educational background as B.E. Civil Engg., M. Sc. Construction Mgmt., and P.G. Diploma Construction Mgmt. He has an extensive 30 years of experience in the field of industries, business, construction & consulting engineering services, project management as well. At present, besides this industry, he is holding the position of Executive Chairman of Habitat Development Engineers Pvt. Ltd., a housing company: promoter of "The Paradise Housing ", Habitat Construction Engineers Pvt. Ltd., an 'A' class construction company and INDRA Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd., a multi-dimensional consulting company. He is affiliated to various social and professional organizations. At present he is holding the position of President of Nepal Engineers Association (NEA) and President of Cement Manufacturers’ Association.

Mr. Prasanna man shrestha , son of Harsa Man Shrestha, is an Engineer (civil) and working as Operation director of Cosmos Cement Industries' Factory in Janakpur since last 18 years. He is also engaged in Eastern Cosmos Industries and Udayapur Mineral Tech Pvt Ltd .
